For my own guitar I have have purchased a Epiphone Dot. This guitar is a very nice looking guitar and has proven to be a wise purchase. I was only dissapointed with the quality of the hardware on my guitar. I replaced the bridge, pickups, and tuners with new high quality parts from Gibson. My guitar now is almost exactly the same as the Gibson ES-335 model. I really enjoy playing my guitar and do it very often. I would not recommend buying an Epiphone becasue their hardware is not of the hightest quality. I would recommend spending a larger amount of money to buy a high quality product that will last for many years.
